Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Site Admin (site-admin.co.nz), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Site Admin is an email-management tool that connects to your Gmail account via OAuth to automatically label messages and file invoice PDF attachments to Google Drive, based on rules you configure.

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may connect one or more Gmail mailboxes that you are authorised to access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.

5. Google API usage

Your use of the service involves access to Google APIs. You acknowledge that Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to data accessed through those APIs.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Site Admin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your mailboxes at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
